At Catch The Fever, we are proud of the quality of the products we design and sell. Sometimes, life happens. In such case, we agree to cover the repair and/or replacement of your item if you meet certain conditions. However, the product in question MUST be registered. Read the terms below and use the sidelines to register your product, and initiate a claim in the US, or anywhere in the World.

Warranty: Official Rules And Regulations
After registering your new Catch The Fever Rod, it is covered by our 1 Year Standard Protection Warranty against manufacturing defects. Catch The Fever Outdoors will replace or repair your Catch The Fever Rod if the damage is deemed by Catch The Fever to have resulted in defects from material or workmanship. Each Catch The Fever Rod that is found to be defective, upon review by Catch The Fever, will be replaced at no cost to the consumer for up to 1 year.
By registering your Catch The Fever Rod, it will ensure that it will be enrolled in our 2 Year Fever Protection Plan as well. Our 2 year Fever Protection Plan goes beyond manufacturing defects and gives you peace of mind if an accident should occur to your rod from direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damage done by the customer that is NOT the result of a manufacturing defect or craftsmanship by Catch The Fever.
The 2 Year Fever Protection Plan states that if the rod is damaged from user error or by mistake of the customer, we will replace that rod model for 50% off of retail price, as well as shipping and handling for the same rod model with no questions asked for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase.
Warranty: Terms and Conditions
The Catch The Fever 1 Year Protection Warranty and the 2 year Fever Protection Plan is only extended to the original purchaser, and may not be transferred.
Catch The Fever Outdoors reserves the right to determine whether or not to repair or replace any product that is covered by this warranty, as well as the right to replace any discontinued models with comparable models when necessary. Colors and components may vary between original and replacement rod models.
If your Catch The Fever Rod was purchased from an official retail store, you MUST save your receipt in order to file a warranty claim. Please keep your proof of purchase in a safe place, so that you will have it handy when or if you are to file a claim at any time during the warranty period. No exceptions.
Your new Catch The Fever Rod MUST be registered within 14 days of purchase to qualify for any Catch The Fever Warranty. Warranty Claims MUST be made within 7 days of initial damage.
